Mickey Lindsay has lived in the Portland Metro Area all her life except for the four years when she studied in Eugene at the University of Oregon. She is the second generation owner of Oregon First, Realtors® & Washington First Properties. Mickey has been in and around the real estate business all her life, working for the company during her summers as a student, and full time after college until she became a managing broker almost two decades ago.
For her, the best thing about real estate is that “everyone lives someplace,” so she connects with lots of different people in the course of her job. She also loves to see agents’ careers take off, and watch them grow more knowledgable and confident.
Mickey is an avid reader and likes to travel when she can find the time, even if it’s just to the beautiful Oregon Coast. Her most memorable trip was to Paris in 1995 when her husband proposed to her at the top of the Eiffel Tower!
In addition to being the Owner and President of Oregon First, Realtors® & Washington First Properties, Mickey is the Managing Broker of Washington First Properties and the three Westside branches of Oregon First, Realtors®. She is also the 2020 chair of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® Brokerage Risk Management Committee, and is on the Board of Directors for the Regional Multiple Listing Service for 2021.
Donna Hanlon has been living in the Gresham and Sandy areas of Oregon for most of her life, with the exception of a few years spent in Eugene selling medical supplies. She has worked for Oregon First, Realtors® for about 15 years. She loves real estate because she enjoys helping people whether they are clients or other agents. She strives to make sure that she is available to help brokers with questions and situations that arise in the business whenever they need answers.
Outside of work, she bakes and fishes as well as plays tennis, but enjoys all sports. Her agents have all benefited from her love of baking because there’s no way she and her husband can eat everything she creates!
Donna Hanlon is the Managing Broker for both Eastside branches of Oregon First, Realtors®.

Billy Lindsay was born in Glasgow, Scotland moving to Oregon in 1996. His first job in the States was as a telecommunications engineer for Nippon Electric Company. Billy has worked for Oregon First, Realtors® & Washington First Properties for 18 years. He enjoys solving technical issues and keeps everything relating to tech, networking, and communications running smoothly.

Tanisha Gilbertson was born and raised just outside of Portland in Aloha, Oregon. She started her career with Oregon First, Realtors® back in 2007.
She enjoys her job with real estate knowing that she can be a small part in the process of making so many families’ dreams come true, since moving or purchasing a home is exciting with many possibilities. She finds the excitement in their voices and faces heartwarming at the end of a transaction. If she is able to free up an agent’s time so that they can spend it on themselves, she knows that she has done her job well. She enjoys helping people, and her goal is simple: if the agents she assists are happy, then her goal has been met.
She has three children who keep her busy outside of work. They are a big sports family that keeps them constantly on the go and they love to travel. They have traveled as far as Orlando, Florida, for the National High School Cheerleading Championship where her daughter’s team became national champs. Go Warriors! They have also been all over California, Las Vegas and Utah for different baseball tournaments that her sons have competed in.
Tanisha is the Director of Agent and Transaction Support for Oregon First, Realtors®.
Testimonials:
"Tanisha has literally saved my sanity since I began using her transaction coordinating services. As a single mom, I have so little time and need to be in many places all at once. At one point I was under contract with 9 transactions, I would’ve never been able to pull this off without Tanisha’s help. Now whenever I get a new listing or go under contract with a sale, I send the contract to Tanisha and ask for her help. She takes care of getting documents signed from my clients and inputs info for SkySlope and RMLS. She has been so professional with all of my clients, and they have enjoyed her communication. She is always on top of it, and has helped me out so tremendously I can’t even thank her enough. The cost is minimal compared to my time and sanity :)" - Mable Bartlett
“Tanisha! More valuable than gold! Trustworthy. Dependable. Thorough. Fast. Intelligent. Detail oriented, plus a sense of humor! I feel so grateful for her on a daily basis. I really haven't found a better transaction Coordinator than Tanisha. I know when I ask her to do something it is done. I highly recommend her and am thankful I have her on my team!” - Rachel Sheller
Carolyn Connall has been an Oregon resident for almost 50 years now. She has worked in the real estate industry for 27 years, and has spent the last 11 years working with Oregon First's Columbia County office in Scappoose, Oregon.
For Carolyn, working in the real estate business is both interesting and rewarding. She likes working with the public and meeting new people of different personalities. It warms her heart to see someone purchase their first home. To her a smile is as great as a thank you! The most rewarding part of her job is seeing a transaction from an agent she is assisting go from the start of an accepted offer to the end, the day of closing.
Carolyn enjoys the outdoors. Gardening and camping are her favorite activities. She says, "There is nothing better than sitting around a campfire at night with your family, watching the stars."
Carolyn is currently the Office Manager and Transaction Assistant for the Scappoose office for Oregon First, Realtors®. Her job entails everything from answering the phone to performing the job of an Office Admin Assistant. This is a program Oregon First offers to all of their agents.
Rebekah Gray is fairly new to Oregon, having moved from North Carolina in 2018. She currently lives in Portland, and has been loving it ever since! She has been with Oregon First, Realtors® since mid-2019 and looks forward to more years to come.

Her aim is to be able to provide the best support she can to both the agents and the team she works with.
During her off-hours, Rebekah spends her time writing, watching shows with her partner, and playing video games. She has also recently picked up cross-stitch and listening to audiobooks. A holdover from her time as a barista, she also enjoys learning new methods of making coffee.
